Notes:

  1. “EMOM” = every minute on the minute. This can be comhttps://twitter.com/exerixpleted in several ways, but in this routine, it means that each time the minute timer rings, you begin the next exercise. Whatever time is left when the required number of that exercise is complete, that’s the “rest time” until the minute timer rings again.
