By now, if you haven’t met your 2016 goals…get started with that 2017 list. We are almost mid-way through the first month of the fourth quarter of 2016. The most important thing you can do for the next few months is set some goals for 2017–realistic goals. Set them by month. If you intend to lose weight (always popular), set a goal for each month and targets. Monitor your progress and if you miss one, don’t fret. Re-adjust and keep grinding. Life is not about falling down Bruce….it’s about getting back up. Keep grinding…!!!
